Dear Members,
As agreed on during the last General Assembly of May 29th we would inform you about the progress we made in establishing plans for the future of PAE.
We believe we will be able to do so and also to call on your support in making these plans work. Therefore we would like to invite you all for a General Assembly which will be held on November 12 Grünenthal Betriebsrestaurant, Großer GF Raum, Zieglerstrasse 6, 52076 Aachen, Germany. Grünenthal is so kind to facilitate the meeting facilities, overnight stay, meals and so on. PAE will pay for the travel expenses.
It will start at 15.00 on the 12th and the agenda for this General Assembly is follows:

6) Future activities *
7) Questions
8) Closing
The meeting will ends for sure at 18.00
On November 13th the meeting will start at 9.30 and ends at 13.00. In this section we will have a official moment of signing the joint venture and have the possibility to ask or see things in which Grünenthal is involved.
Alterations in day two are possible due to special circumstances. If needed you will be informed about that.

Launch of the website
On March 28th their will be the official launch of the website of PAE. This launch, kindly sponsored by Mr. Jim Higgins MEP, will be held in the European Parliament,

Besides Mr. Jim Higgins, Mr. Joop van Griensven, president of PAE, will address the audience and tell them about PAE. Further Mr. Andrew Widger, Director media relations, Europe, Middle East and Africa of Pfizer will tell us something about the importance of good websites and the use of social media. A report of the event will be placed on this website.

Board meeting PAE
On March 29th the board of PAE will have a meeting to discuss the developments of PAE and prepare the General Assembly to be held on May 29th in Copenhagen.
During the meeting the following subjects will be discussed in all it's varieties besides the usual one's. Reports of the board members activities, Short and long term strategy, Co-opt with other associations, SIP and so on.

General Assembly Copenhagen
On May 29th 2012 PAE will have their General Assembly to talk about the way PAE has to develop for the future. With whom are they going to partner with. What will be the priorities. Who will be the new members and more of these kind of questions will be addressed at that General Assembly.
They will do that by following this agenda.
